The Qatari
Businessmen Association received at their offices H.E. Kamal
Unakitan the Turkish Minister of Finance with his accompanying
delegation and H.E. Naci Saribas the Ambassador of Turkey to
Qatar on Monday 3/7/2006.
The meeting
was attended by Mr. Hussain Ibrahim Al Fardan, the Deputy
Chairman of QBA, Mr. Issa Abdul Salam Abu Issa Secretary General
& other members, Dr. Hamad Bin Abdul Aziz Al Kuwari, Mr. Maqpool
Habeeb Khalfan and Mr. Bassam R. Massouh, the General Manager of
QBA.
The visit aimed to exchange views
on several topics and highlight some investment opportunities
for cooperation between the private sectors of the each sides
demonstrates the advantages and between two countries.
The QBA Members updated the
visiting on the advantages that the new regulations offer to
foreign investors in the sectors of industry, health, education
and tourism, and both sides agreed to exchange visits to promote
the activities of the private sectors in the two countries.
Moreover
the minister expressed his admiration for the strategic vision
set by his highness the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
