Personal Profile 

Engineer Mashhadi finished his college studies from the renowned University of Dortmund - Germany with a degree in architectural engineering. He joined the architectural division of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture, Where he supervised a number of mega government projects during his 10-year tenure over there, before he became the Chairman of the Group.

The heart of the Al Madar Group has been established in 1992 which is Al Madar Trade and Contracting Company.

In 2003, Al Madar Group was announced as a “First Grade” group by the Central Tenders Management with a record full of achievements in the construction field that contributed in the development of the governmental, industrial and private sectors.

Al Madar Real Estate has been an important part of the Group.  The major achievements of the Company were based on solid foundation that include good planning and feasibility study for every project, not to mention the superior care of every small detail.  The efficiency of these foundations is proved by the bright financial results on the Company’s’ investments in the Real Estate projects without exceeding the designated budgets.

Al Madar Real Estate has managed to maintain a high reputation regarding the modern designs that make its projects distinctive, where a number of the residential blocks tell the story of the Company’s success all over Qatar.

Today, we proudly look back to our achievements and identify ourselves with the economic & infrastructure development of Qatar under the reign of H.H. Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Emir and H.H. Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, the Heir Apparent.

The company is assisted by a highly qualified manpower and it is supported by the most advanced technologies and equipment to deliver the best results all the time.

As a result of the booming construction activities in Qatar, these days our group is looking for more and more business with the private sector as the major projects are no longer directed exclusively towards the governmental sector.

Any investment in the Real Estate business is based on the feasibility study, the engineer’s experience and the deep knowledge of the client’s needs.  And depending on these bases, we combine them in all of our projects to make the results meet or go beyond our customer’s expectations.
