Business Lunch With a Delegation From the Republic of Ireland
The Qatari Businessmen Association has signed a memorandum of understanding with Enterprise Ireland which aims at Expanding economic, trade, investment, technical and scientific cooperation, and promote direct contacts between entrepreneurs in both countries and creating a healthy business environment aiming at strengthening the development of commercial and industrial activities between them. The MOU was signed by Mrs. Julie Cinnamon, CEO of the Enterprise Ireland and Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, chairman of the Qatari Businessmen Association.
Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani has accompanied HE Mr. Enda Kenny the Irish Prime Minister and H.E Sheikh Ahmed Bin Jassim Bin Mohammed Al Thani, Minister of Economy and Commerce to visit his private carpet museum which is located on the sixth floor of City Tower, which is part of the Renaissance Hotel City Center Doha in the West Bay area, where he was introduced to some of Shk. Faisals collections which includes a wide range of unique old carpets, ceramics and precious furniture from Egypt , Syria, Iraq and the Arab and Islamic countries. It also contains a unique collection of porcelain from the Abbasid period.
